Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema) Clinical Trial - Open Enrollment
Who can participate?
Adults at least 18 years of age with moderate-to-severe Atopic Dermatitis (AD) are needed for this clinical trial.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Have AD for 1 year or longer.
- Have documented history within 6 months prior to screening visit, of either inadequate response or inadvisability of topical treatment.
- AD involvement of 10% or more of body surface area (BSA)*
- Able and willing to comply with requested study visits and procedures.
* 1% of your body surface area is roughly equal to the palm of your hand (no wrists or fingers)
What are the benefits?
As a participation in our research trial, you will receive an investigational treatment (active study drug) or placebo via injection entirely free of cost.
All study-related assessments will also be provided at no charge. In addition, you may also be eligible for reimbursement of study-related
expenses.
How long will the study last?
- Study lasts for a duration of 40 weeks and involves about 10 visits to the study centre.

Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Trial for Adults (63 Weeks)
Clinical trial for adults from 18 to 75 years of age, with a diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) for at least 6 months. Eligible individuals must have HS lesions present in 2 or more distinct body areas, with an inflammatory nodule (AN) count of ≥5. In addition, adults must have one of the following:-Inadequate response to oral antibiotics (defined as ≥ 3-month treatment with an oral antibiotic for treatment of HS)-exhibited recurrence after discontinuation to, or demonstrated intolerance to, or have a contraindication to oral antibiotics for treatment of their HS. Participants will receive an investigational treatment (active study drug) or placebo via injection. Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided. Study participation will last about 63 weeks and involves about 17 visits to the research centre.

Phase 3 Research Trial for Atopic Dermatitis - Eczema 4 (68 Weeks)
Recruiting adolescents from 12 to less than 18 years of age with a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (AD) for at least 6 months for this research trial. To qualify for the study, individuals must have moderate to severe disease with AD involvement of ≥10% body surface area. In addition, eligible participants must have a history of inadequate response to topical corticosteroids (TCS) of medium or higher potency within 6 months, or for whom topical treatments are otherwise medically inadvisable. Participants will receive an investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo via injection (in combination with topical treatment – for combination therapy cohort). Following re-randomization at Week 24, all participants will receive active study drug. Study medication and study related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided. Study participation will last about 68 weeks and involve about 19 visits to the study centre.
